LISA BIRCH
MEET THE FOUNDER
I am a coach, mentor and HR consultant with extensive HR and leadership experience gained across multiple sectors with large category leading multinational, companies such as Marks and Spencer, Mars Incorporated, Wrigley, United Technologies, Toshiba.

Throughout my career, I have worked with leadership teams on a wide range of company wide, significant change projects, all of which had leadership, capability and talent right at the heart of their success. I moved from local, regional and then to global leadership, always working in and alongside some of the most outstanding leaders in their industry and using award winning, best in class learning and development interventions. I led a team of over 60 outstanding people whose role it was to develop talent and capability in over 130,000 employees. My previous direct reports have gone on to have incredibly successful careers either in the corporate world or in a self-employed capacity. Talent development and engagement using strategic interventions and coaching has always been my speciality.
Was the road to success always smooth? No way! I made mistakes, I learnt a lot about myself. So I understand and empathise with others when they share their challenges. My energy and drive comes from helping organisations, teams and individuals to achieve more than they thought was possible. I was repeatedly drawn to coaching, exploring options, enabling independent thought from others – always with accountability for results and “skin in the game”. I eventually found the courage to leave my corporate career in 2021 to do more of what I enjoyed, every day, working closely with leaders helping them to achieve their goals.

You’ll find me highly empathetic and able to tune in quickly to your aims and objectives (or help you explore and define these if you’re not clear). Clients value my insight and flexible, personalised coaching solutions. I am often told I know my clients better than they know themselves.
